At Albatross Clothing, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you experience an issue with an order, please contact us so we can help.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may request a return for eligible clothing items within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original tags and packaging should be retained where possible.
- Proof of purchase or an order confirmation must be provided.

2. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged through customer use, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

This does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable law.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photographs, if relevant

Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

5. REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on your payment provider or bank.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will discuss an appropriate resolution and any applicable return shipping costs with you.

For other eligible returns, return shipping arrangements and costs will be communicated before the return is completed.
